Nicosia October 3rd 2013: The Cyprus Business Angels Network (CYBAN) and the Cypriot Enterprise Link (CEL) today jointly announced a new affiliation between the two networks.

"CYBAN is committed to identifying the most innovative and fast-growth startups to present to its investor members, and the affiliation with CEL will open up a whole new world of opportunities, ensuring a constant, high quality deal flow for our members" CYBAN Chairman, Andreas Koupparis said in a statement.

"CEL was established to support young talented entrepreneurs in Cyprus. Through the CYBAN affiliation, CEL will close the loop by offering our members the opportunity to present their business ideas to angel investors, thus maximising their potential to obtain funding", said CEL Co-founder Michael Tyrimos.

Cyprus Business Angels Network, CyBAN (www.cyban.com.cy) is a non-profit Angel Investment Network in Cyprus connecting innovating fast growth companies to equity finance. CYBAN’s membership of investors represents a cross section of influential business leaders from Cyprus, including successful entrepreneurs and former CEOs.

The Cypriot Enterprise Link, CEL (projectcel.com)  is a youth-led organization aimed at connecting and supporting the Cypriot entrepreneurial talent in order to form a local and a global entrepreneurial network supported by events, meetups, workshops and projects.
